Ask your physician for a referral to Carolina Physical Therapy Specialists or call for an evaluation and if a referral is needed we will assist you in obtaining one. Most insurance plans no longer require a referral for PT services. We gladly accept most major insurances and have a cash discount program for those who elect to pay out of pocket.
